March 5  - 1 to 2:30 p.m.: Howard County Circuit Court Go behind the scenes of the Howard County Court System –get a walking tour of the sheriff's department, a courtroom, jury room, and judges’ chambers.  Learn what the circuit court is, how it differs from other courts, who the circuit court serves, and how its litigants open a case.
