Leadership 2.0 – Alumni Learning: Ageism Community Discussion

Active (dues-paid) members are invited to join LHC’s current LP ’25 class members for additional experiential learning about some of our community’s unique features. Upcoming opportunities include:

January 29 – 3:30 to 5 p.m.:  Ageism Community Discussion

This community discussion will facilitate in-depth dialogues on aging and experiences of ageism through a highly interactive conversation guided by thought-provoking questions.  Attendees will learn that ageism is common, and has a great impact, but we all have the power to combat it.  Light refreshments will be provided.  Please enter through the glass atrium and check in with the security desk; you will then be directed to the conference room. 
Community Discussions (60-90 minutes) 
• Highly interactive conversations guided by open-ended questions 
• Allows participants to share and reflect on experiences with ageism and aging 
• Less formal, with a maximum of 25 participants 
• Includes interactive materials
